Hello there, I’m Becky, the mastermind behind Biscuit Bases. You probably think I’m a tad potty for cheesecake, and you would be correct in assuming so. I consider myself somewhat of a cheesecake connoisseur (albeit self proclaimed).
My affair with cheesecake began in my late teens when I finally got over the fact that there was cheese in it, so I took the plunge. After that first mouthful all I could think was how foolish I had been for 16 years.
It’s only since graduating from university and having full access to my mother’s kitchen again, I have built up a repertoire of cheesecake recipes. During my three years at university there was a serious drought of cheesecake in my life. Low funds meant it was only on special occasions that I got to sample one. Once I graduated and got a full time job, cheesecakes became affordable and I had a lot to make up for.
